INGREDIENTS
- 100 gms Steamed Sprouted Green Moong Dal
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 10 Chopped Olives
- 20 grams Steamed Sweet Corn
- 1 small cucumber, diced into small cubes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
- For the Dressing
- 50 gms melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Black salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- Pinch of turmeric


PREPARATION STEPS
Prepare the Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine steamed sprouted green moong dal, chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated carrot, diced cucumber, olives, sweet corn, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well
