SPICY JOWAR DOSA WITH SESAME TOPPING

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Spicy Jowar Dosa With Onion Topping
Use a well-seasoned cast iron or non-stick pan for crisp edges. Keep the flame medium-low to ensure the dosa cooks through without burning. Add toppings immediately after spreading the batter so they stick well. For extra crispness, cover with a lid for 30 seconds while roasting. Always mix the batter before each dosa to keep the spices evenly distributed. Serve hot with coconut or mint chutney for a burst of flavor.
