HOMEMADE PIZZA SAUCE

Tomato Whisperer Approved Tricks Inside!
Use ripe, red tomatoes for the best color and flavor. Slightly crushing fennel releases aroma faster. Add chili flakes gradually based on spice preference. You can freeze extra sauce in small portions for future use. If you want a smooth texture, blend the final sauce. For extra depth, sauté the tomato puree a few minutes longer. Don’t skip capsicum—it adds body and a mild crunch!
