Tips & Tricks for Perfect Glossy Paneer Butter Spread

uJUMP TO RECIPE

Use very fresh, soft paneer for a smoother texture. Stir constantly while using the double boiler to avoid lumps or drying. Add ENO only after bubbles subside for uniform mixing. You can also add roasted garlic or cheese for an extra flavor twist. Refrigeration is crucial for the paste to firm up and become spreadable. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Use on toasted bread or warm parathas for best taste.
