INGREDIENTS

For the Base Batter:

• 1 cup yellow moong dal (soaked overnight)

• 2 green chillies

• 1 inch piece of ginger

• ½ cup thick curd

• Salt to taste

Toppings:

• ½ red capsicum (cubed)

• ½ green capsicum (cubed)

• ½ yellow capsicum (cubed)

• 1 small onion (cut into petals)

• 2 tbsp black olives (sliced)

• 10 g paneer (chopped)

• 25 g mozzarella cheese (or pizza cheese)

• 1 tsp red chilli flakes

• 1 tsp pizza seasoning

• 1 tbsp pizza sauce

• 1 tsp dry parsley leaves

• 1 tsp oregano

• Oil (for roasting)

PREPARATION STEPS

1. Prepare the Batter:

In a mixer jar, blend soaked moong dal, green chillies, ginger, salt, and curd into a fine, thick batter.

2. Chop & Prep Toppings:

Dice capsicums into cubes, separate onion petals, slice olives, chop paneer, and grate or shred cheese. Keep everything ready.

3. Cook the Base:

Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil. Pour 3 big spoons of batter and spread it into a thick dosa-like circle.

Cook on low-medium flame. Drizzle oil on the sides and roast well. Flip and cook the other side until golden.

4. Add Sauce & Toppings:

Switch to very low flame. Brush pizza sauce all over the cooked side.

Add a layer of cheese, arrange capsicum cubes, onions, olives, and paneer. Top with more cheese.

5. Season & Cook:

Sprinkle red chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, oregano, and parsley.

Cover with lid and cook on low until the cheese melts.
